North End Fitness has been a downtown landmark in Ganges for 20 years!
North End Fitness is a full fitness centre gym with cardio machines including treadmills, elipticals, stationary bikes upright bikes and recumbent bikes, rowing ergometers, and stairclimbers; weight machines including selectorized circuit weight stations, free weights; a private stretching room; aerobics; and classes including spin, pilates, yoga and boot camp.
In our gym we have a private infrared sauna with personal shower, change rooms with lockers, and child care Monday through Friday, as well as fully qualified trainers on staff most hours to help you with the equipment and programs. There are two tanning beds (oddly, the sun doesn’t always shine on Salt Spring).
Our fitness center is centrally located across the street from the Information Centre, above TJ Beans Coffee on the corner, with a great view of the town, the park and the waterfront! Entrance is along McPhillips Avenue, between TJ Beans Coffee and Salt Spring Books. We are open every day, but hours vary. We have daily, weekly, monthly and annual gym rates. Non Members are always welcome!
