Foundation training is a program that will retrain your muscles by using gravity to your benefit. By utilizing the posterior chain of muscles, you will learn how to properly support your weight, improve your movement pattern, and learn what it feel like to move the way your body is designed to move. If you are among the 80% of the population who suffers or has suffered from back pain, this class is for you!
