The ZUMBA class uses latin and International music and dance movements to create a dynamic and effective dance fitness program which integrates aerobic, interval and resistance training. Fridays 11:45-12:45pm no classes when school is in session ( Sept.23, Oct.21, Jan.13 Feb.24)

Suitable for all fitness levels and can help you reclaim a comfortable relaxed body at any age. Once learned, SOMATICS are gentle, effective exercises that can be done on your own at home to reduce pain, stress and sore muscles. SOMATICS will help you regain and maintain your ease of movement.
